Order Processing Times

All in-stock orders ship in 2 - 3 business days (this does not include high volume times and is subject to change), so we cannot edit, add to, or change orders once they are placed. Please double check your shipping address and cart contents before ordering. Shipping charges are per address.

 

Order Tracking

Want to check the status of your order? Just check the email sent to you from liuwei@feng5lin.com when your order has been processed, and click the tracking link. If you cannot find that email we can help you track your package. Please send us an email at liuwei@feng5lin.com with the subject line: "order #[insert order number] tracking."

Register with Hominewti.com and you can track your package by logging in.

 

Shipping

We ship with Authority to Leave and you accept that your parcel will be left in a safe place at the address used at Checkout. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses used at Checkout. If you require Signature on Delivery, please request this in your order notes. We will email you a dispatch notification, notice of delivery on the day of delivery and notification that your parcel has been delivered. If your order has been marked as delivered and the courier has provided POD, we accept no liability if you are not home to receive your order or your order is  stolen from your premises. PLEASE ENSURE YOU TRACK YOUR PARCEL ONCE IT LEAVES OUR WAREHOUSE. 
  • Any fees incurred as a result of an incorrect address used at checkout will be charged through to you.
  • Claims for incorrect delivery or undelivered parcels must be made within 3 days of your parcel being delivered. Failure to do so means we are unable to assists with Transit Claims.
  • Please make sure your color selection, size and shipping address are correct before you purchase. Once orders are placed we cannot change them.
  • Any orders that are marked as “Return to Sender” will be treated as a return and a refund will be issued as soon as it is processed.
  • If you order multiple items, they may arrive in multiple shipments.

 

Cancellations

Once an order has been processed, we are unable to make any further changes to the order. 

In most cases we can not cancel your order as it goes directly to our warehouse once you have checkout out. In some circumstances we may be able to intercept the order and in these scenarios our change of mind - cancellation fee will apply which covers the fees imposed by our warehouse for cancellations.

 We kindly ask that you review your order carefully — including product details, quantities, and your shipping address — before completing your purchase.

 

Sales Tax

We collect sales tax in states as governed by the individual state laws. 


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary based on your items and delivery address.
Any fees as a result of incorrect shipping addresses or return to sender fees will be charged to the end customer. 

 

Estimated Delivery Times

We will provide an estimated delivery timeframe at checkout based on the items in your order and your location. Orders are shipped from New Jersey, so if you are more than 1,000 miles away from New Jersey your order will most likely take 3-5 business days. Please note, if you order multiple items, they may arrive in multiple shipments.

Our estimated delivery timeframes are not a guarantee, they are our best guess based on carrier information available at the time of booking.


International Orders

For orders shipped to anywhere outside the United States, any duties and taxes incurred are the responsibility of the recipient and are payable at checkout.

International orders once fulfilled take on average 3-8 weeks to arrive at their destination. APC orders may take 8-10 weeks to arrive to their destination. 

If you reside outside of the US and interested in an item that that says “This item does not qualify for free shipping” in the product listing, please email liuwei@feng5lin.com with the item you’re interested in as well as your shipping address and our team can provide you with a shipping quote.

Currently we are only shipping to the following countries:

Australia, Canada, Japan, Mexico, Singapore, Hong Kong, China, and numerous European countries.
